"Kegels That Work"

A workshop for women who want to stop guessing and start taking back control

Are you ready to take back control of your post-partum body?

Editing is almost complete and I'm excited to share the content with you:

  • Why you don’t necessarily want a “tight” pelvic floor… and when tightness could actually be the CAUSE of your problems.
  • The Weight Lifter’s Solution for ineffective kegels. Hint: “pumping up” is not enough!
  • Why peeing a lot may not mean you’re “too loose” after all.
  • How everyday life (sitting, lifting, carrying) are opportunies to improve your pelvic floor symptoms
  • How to self-assess your own pelvic floor to find out once and for all whether Kegels are actually right for you
  • And a whole lot more!

Sign up below to get free weekly insider tips to take back control and be notified when the exclusive workshop is released to the public

About Me

Hi, I’m
Lindsey Vestal.

I’m the founder of The Functional Pelvis, the first in-home pelvic health practice in New York City run by an Occupational Therapist.

I’ve helped thousands of people overcome chronic pelvic health challenges like incontinence and pelvic pain. My goal is to empower women and men to listen to the wisdom of their own bodies—without resorting to invasive surgeries or prescription drugs—so they can heal and get back to enjoying life again.

I TAKE A DIFFERENT APPROACH FROM OTHER PELVIC HEALTH EXPERTS.

In fact, I don’t really take an “expert” approach at all.

Instead, I rely on my clients to share their expertise about their own bodies.

That way I can offer the personalized support they need to regain control of their basic bodily functions.

  • I understand that no one else knows your body better than you.
  • I consider the whole person, not just outward physical symptoms.
  • I don’t believe kegels are a one-stop shop for every pelvic floor dysfunction.
